1. Eligibility
• Participants must accurately complete all details and click the submit button that leads to a Thank You page. If no Thank You page is shown, the participant is deemed to have not submitted his/her details.
• Incomplete forms will be rejected
• Only participants aged 21 and above are qualified to participate in the Lucky Draw.

2. Qualifying Period
• 6 June 2012 – 5 December 2012

3. Draw Dates
• The Lucky Draw will be conducted within the first week of every month, starting in July.
• 2 winners will be selected each draw.
• A redemption letter will be sent to the winners within 2 weeks after the first date of contact.
• Each participant, regardless of the number of entries made, will be assigned a number and the winning number is selected via the traditional random pick method.

4. Allocation of Lucky Draw Chances
• In the event that a participant is not selected as a winner in a Lucky Draw, he will automatically be entered in the succeeding Lucky Draws until (a) he is selected as a winner; or (b) the Qualifying Period expires.

5. Prizes
• There shall be a total of 12 winners from the Lucky Draw campaign.
• Each winner will be entitled to a prize of 50 WE Cinemas movie gift vouchers. To redeem the prize, the redemption letter and the NRIC of the winner must be presented at CIMB Bank’s Orchard Branch located at 270 Orchard Road, #03-02 Knightsbridge.
• Gift vouchers must be presented at any box office of WE Cinemas located at 3 Temasek Boulevard, #03-051 Suntec City Mall Tower 3 or 1 Bukit Batok Central Link, West Mall, Level 5, in exchange for admission tickets to the show.
• Not applicable for Internet or mobile phone booking.
• WE Cinemas movie gift voucher terms & conditions shall apply.
• For enquiries relating to the gift vouchers, please contact WE Cinemas Head Office located at 400 Orchard Road, #16-06 Orchard Towers.
• Any prize which remains unclaimed after one (1) month from the first date of contact will be donated to a charitable organization selected by CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch (“CIMB Bank”) at its sole discretion.
• CIMB Bank may, at any time without notice in its sole discretion, substitute the prize with other prizes of similar value.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, vouchers and other products.

6. General
• CIMB Bank reserves the right to use the participants’ details and likeness for promotional or marketing purposes. By participating in this Lucky Draw, all participants consent to receiving marketing offers and updates, in whatever form or media, from CIMB Bank.
• CIMB Bank gives no representation or warranty with respect to the quality of goods and services or their suitability for any purpose. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary herein contained, any dispute concerning goods or services received shall be settled directly between the participants and the participating merchant establishment.
• Notwithstanding anything herein, CIMB Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any complimentary voucher and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any complimentary voucher by any person.
• CIMB Bank reserves the right to amend, revoke, vary or add to the terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw or terminate this Lucky Draw or any of its governing terms in its absolute discretion at any time without any liability and such changes shall be binding on participants with effect from the earliest of the following:
(a) the date CIMB Bank places notice of such changes on its Singapore website; or
(b) the date CIMB Bank places such notice at all of its branch(es) in Singapore.
• The Lucky Draw is subject to all applicable laws.
• In the case of dispute, the decision of CIMB Bank is final.
